Sylvia was born and educated in Essex, England. She met her husband, JW, when they were both working for General Dynamics International Corporation in Tel Aviv, Israel, and she now calls Fort Worth, Texas, her home. She brings extensive experience working as an Executive Assistant to Moffatt Financial Strategies focusing on strong organizational and communication skills.
Sylvia and her husband love living on Lake Worth with their dog, Bailey, and four rescue cats and spend as much time as possible outdoors enjoying nature and their surroundings.
